When entering Rio Vista from El Dorado throw the hockey puck left to enter the loop or right to proceed to the yard or main.
Rio Vista was formerly the West end of the railroad before Phase II opened. It has a passenger depot, grill, hammocks, seating, and a beverage station. Track facilities include a water tower, 4 track yard, balloon loop, and passing siding. Unit trains can be parked in the loop on a first-come first-served basis.
Departing Rio Vista, trains may traverse the Rio Vista Loop to begin to backtrack back to Terrytown or use Paddock Transfer to proceed to Grizzly Flats.
